To apply, please email your CV and URLs to hello@theteam.co.uk

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic web developer who specialises in front-end development. The successful candidate would join our small, but strong development team to work on a wide variety of web development projects.

You’ll need to be an all-round, passionate web developer with at least 3 years of professional experience, but we care more about capabilities than experience.

You should be fanatically passionate about the web, and ready to stand for the principles you believe in while being hungry to learn more about the new technologies and practices in web development.

The Team strongly values the relationship between agency disciplines. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to talk design with designers, or get involved with the server side components of sites.

We’re pro-open source and use, initiate and contribute to various open source projects. We use Git for version control (hosted on Github), mostly Django on the server-side (although we dabble with Node), and we’re completely agnostic about operating systems and development tools. Well, agnostic as a whole, individually we’ll debate to the death about the pros and cons of various Linux distributions and text editors.

CVs featuring a long list of industry buzzwords without evidence will be printed out and set on fire. CVs mentioning DHTML will be printed out twice.
